"Dish Network" is the WORST!!

Today my wife and I were looking at our bank account online and noticed that our Dish payment recently came out of our account. My wife called Dish to ask why the cost of Dish was going up each month. 4 months ago our bill was $54, 3 months ago it was about $65, 2 months ago it was about $72, last month it was about $88, then this month it was $101. So, our bill for Dish is creeping up each month for no apparent reason. While on the phone with some Dish representative who had an accent like I have never heard before, the lady put us through some new way to verify that we are who we say we are... apparently your credit card number, social security number and phone number aren't proof of your I.D. anymore, now they want some serial number off of the DVR box. This is ridiculous. Dish had no explanation as to why our bill is going up a little at a time each month. We previously asked to be taken off of auto-withdraw from our account, they said they took care of it, but they didn't. The price is creeping up. We are now searching for another TV provider. What do you recommend??
